Mobile APP Functionality Support

NETcinity strives to continuously offer mobile APP's to the public that seamlessly operate as designed. These APP's include all hosted Community APP's around the world. However, with so many different versions of mobile devices and manufactures in today's mobile APP arena, it becomes very difficult to have a 100% up-time on all mobile platforms (i.e. Apple, Android, Blackberry, and Windows devices). Please review your mobile device's make and model below, and report any bugs you may have encountered. Your feed back is extremely valuable!

NOTE TO END USER: Please understand that NETcinity's cutting edge technology is relatively new to the mobile industry, and many mobile devices respond in different ways. Due to Apple iOS and Android software structures, please note that Bluetooth notifications will not always be a 100% dependable delivery. In most cases this is not an issue in the NETcinity Bluetooth Beacon platform. This is rather an issue in the way a particular mobile device responds to the incoming Bluetooth signal, and thus deciphering whether or not to display the broadcasted Bluetooth notification.
